Welcome to Somatic Oracle.
By accessing this website, booking a session, attending an event, ceremony, retreat, mentorship container or engaging with any services offered by Somatic Oracle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are intended to create clarity, professionalism, safety and mutual respect for all involved.
1. Services
Somatic Oracle offers services including but not limited to:
- Somatic therapy-informed support
- Spiritual mentorship
- Shadow work
- Archetypal and astrological guidance
- Breathwork and embodiment practices
- Ceremonial and ritual-based experiences
- Workshops and retreats
- Educational and self-development content
All services are intended for personal growth, emotional awareness, nervous system support, embodiment and spiritual exploration.
2. Age Requirement
Services provided by Somatic Oracle are intended for individuals aged 18 and over unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Scope of Practice
Somatic Oracle provides educational, spiritual and somatic therapy-informed support only.
Somatic Oracle does not provide:
- medical advice
- psychiatric treatment
- psychotherapy
- crisis intervention
- legal advice
- financial advice
Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed support where necessary.
4. Mental Health & Crisis States
Somatic Oracle services are not suitable for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric crisis, psychosis, active suicidality or severe psychological destabilisation without appropriate medical support.
If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, please contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.
5. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any service, you acknowledge that:
- participation is voluntary
- you remain responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing and actions
- healing and transformation are deeply individual processes
- emotional, psychological or physical responses may arise during somatic or spiritual work
- no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed
Clients agree to communicate honestly regarding any relevant medical, psychological or emotional conditions that may impact participation.
6. Ceremony & Participation Responsibility
Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant medical, psychiatric or psychological conditions, medications or health concerns prior to participation in ceremonies, breathwork, somatic or emotionally intensive practices.
Somatic Oracle reserves the right to refuse participation where a service may not be appropriate or safe for an individual.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are treated with care and confidentiality.
Information will not be shared without consent unless:
- required by law
- safeguarding obligations apply
- there is serious concern regarding risk of harm to yourself or others
8. Bookings & Payments
All sessions, programs, workshops, ceremonies and retreats must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of Somatic Oracle.
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the energetic, preparatory, administrative and time-based nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable.
Please ensure you are fully committed before booking.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a 1:1 session with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of the booking at the discretion of Somatic Oracle.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked session without communication will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Retreats, Ceremonies & Programs
Deposits and payments for retreats, workshops, ceremonies and mentorship containers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
If Somatic Oracle must cancel an event, alternative arrangements, credit or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Somatic Oracle.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing services through Somatic Oracle, clients agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks for services already delivered, reserved or agreed upon.
11. Online Sessions
Clients participating in online sessions are responsible for:
- ensuring a stable internet connection
- attending from a safe and private environment
- maintaining confidentiality within their own space
Somatic Oracle is not responsible for technical issues outside reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, teachings, written materials, meditations, recordings, downloads, rituals, graphics and educational resources belong to Somatic Oracle unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, republished or shared without prior written permission.
13. Recording & Media
Sessions, workshops and online content may not be recorded or distributed without written consent.
Photographs or media captured during events or retreats may be used for promotional purposes unless participants explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.
14. Community Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully within all sessions, retreats, ceremonies, workshops and online spaces connected to Somatic Oracle.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, manipulation or intentional disruption may result in removal from services without refund.
15. Liability
By participating in services offered by Somatic Oracle, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your own choices, interpretations, actions and wellbeing.
Somatic Oracle shall not be held liable for any decisions, outcomes, losses, damages, injuries or consequences arising from participation in services, ceremonies, retreats, mentorships, workshops or use of website content.
16. Force Majeure
Somatic Oracle shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, venue issues, technical failures, travel disruption or natural events.
17. Changes to Terms
Somatic Oracle reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this website.
