Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sessions, ceremonies, mentorship containers, workshops and retreats require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the energetic, preparatory, administrative and time-based nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable.

Please ensure you are fully committed before booking.

Clients may reschedule a 1:1 session with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of the booking at the discretion of Somatic Oracle.

Failure to attend a booked session without communication will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Deposits and payments for retreats, ceremonies, workshops and mentorship containers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

In the unlikely event that Somatic Oracle must cancel an event, an alternative date, credit or transfer option may be offered.

By booking a service, you acknowledge responsibility for your own participation, readiness and decision-making.

Transformation, healing and integration are deeply individual processes and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
