About Danka
Hi, my name is Danka.
I work at the intersection of mental health and somatic healing, helping people understand what is happening in their system so they can move out of overwhelm, heal trauma, and return to clarity. I also teach grounded esoteric knowledge making deeper concepts practical, embodied, and usable in everyday life. If you’d like to know more about me, you can read below. This is how I work:
We are living through a time of psychological overwhelm and mental pandemic. Information is constant. Emotions are heightened. Clarity is harder to access. When everything feels loud, fast, and hard to keep up with, your greatest asset is a steady nervous system and a clear, self-led mind.
I help you recognise what is driving your thoughts, emotions, and reactions so you are no longer pulled into overwhelm.
Through somatic therapy, guidance, shadow work, and inner child integration, you learn how to stay present as old patterns surface and begin to clear.

How We Work
We work through the body, not just the mind. You learn to notice sensations and emotions as they arise because this is where reactions begin. When you stay with them, instead of escaping into thinking, your system can process and release what’s there instead of building into overwhelm and chronic tension. That’s how you catch it early before it takes over. The goal is: grounded, conscious self-leadership.
